The real estate industry is full of noise. There are endless courses, seminars, and "gurus" telling you what to do. But very few are actually showing you how to do it, and even fewer are holding you accountable for getting it done.
Badass Coaching™ was born out of frustration with the status quo. We saw too many talented agents burning out, operating in isolation, and failing to build sustainable businesses because they lacked real support and structure.

Robin Bear Gebhardt
Co-Founder & Coach
Robin Gebhardt is the Team Leader and Founder of the Keepin' it Real Real Estate Team, Founder of BadAss Bootcamps for the Real Estate Community, Speaker, Coach, and REALTOR® serving Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.
A native Washingtonian, Robin was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Northern Virginia. Before entering real estate, she spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, helping open multiple restaurants across several states while developing a deep passion for leadership, customer experience, training, and what she calls "unreasonable hospitality."
In 2014, Robin transitioned into real estate and quickly earned Rookie of the Year honors. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation for authentic relationships, community involvement, and a client-first approach that blends hospitality with high-level real estate expertise. Her work has earned recognition as a Top Producer and industry leader throughout Northern Virginia.
Today, Robin leads the Keepin' it Real Real Estate Team at eXp Realty, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout Loudoun County and the surrounding areas. Her team is built on the belief that real estate is about people first, transactions second.
Beyond real estate sales, Robin is the creator of BadAss Bootcamps and BadAss Coaching, programs designed to help real estate professionals build sustainable businesses through accountability, systems, authentic marketing, leadership development, and community. Through workshops, speaking engagements, coaching programs, and her daily 6 AM calls, she has helped agents across the country grow both personally and professionally.
Robin is passionate about giving back to the community through local events, charitable initiatives, youth sports sponsorships, educational seminars, and client appreciation experiences. Her mission is simple: raise the standard of service in real estate while helping others achieve excellence in business and life.
When she's not helping clients or coaching agents, you'll find her hosting community events, creating content, speaking on leadership and hospitality, supporting local businesses, or spending time with her family in Western Loudoun County.
Lee Renee McGinnis
Co-Founder & Coach
Lee McGinnis is a real estate leader, business strategist, and life & health coach with a passion for helping people build businesses — and lives — they actually love.
With decades of experience in real estate leadership, coaching, training, and operations, Lee has helped hundreds of agents grow their businesses through relationship-driven systems, authentic branding, exceptional client experience, and consistent execution.
Her background includes corporate leadership, agent development, recruiting, negotiation training, and high-level business coaching, giving her a unique ability to combine strategy with real-world practicality.
As the co-founder of BadAss Coaching™, Lee brings a refreshingly human approach to coaching. She believes success should not come at the expense of health, joy, relationships, or peace of mind. Her coaching style blends business growth with wellness, mindset, accountability, emotional resilience, and sustainable habits — helping clients create momentum without burnout.
Known for her warmth, honesty, and ability to make people feel seen and supported, Lee is passionate about creating community and helping agents step into the next level of confidence, leadership, and income while staying true to themselves.
When she’s not coaching or leading training calls, you’ll likely find her working out, practicing yoga, cooking, reading, spending time with her partner Bill and family, or enjoying life on their little farm with their chickens in Virginia.

Robin and Lee’s story didn’t start in a boardroom. It started over 11 years ago when Lee was Robin’s managing broker. Even then, there was something different about Robin. While so many agents were chasing shortcuts or trying to fit into someone else’s mold, Robin was steadily building a successful business while staying completely authentic to who she was.
Over the years, Lee watched Robin grow — not just in production, but as a leader, mentor, and coach. Their paths crossed again when Robin began hosting her now well-known BadAss Bootcamps, where agents weren’t just motivated… they were challenged to execute, grow, and build businesses that actually aligned with their lives and values.
When Lee made the move to eXp Realty and started building The Community Group, she knew she wanted to create something bigger than a traditional real estate organization. She was looking for true partnership — someone who cared as deeply about people, growth, accountability, and community as she did. Robin was the obvious choice.
As they began working together again, the vision became clear. After attending and collaborating inside the BadAss Bootcamps, it became obvious there was an opportunity to build something even more impactful together.
Not another coaching program filled with theory and hype.
But a real community.
A space where agents could feel seen, supported, challenged, and connected. A place where high standards and heart could exist together. Where people didn’t have to build their businesses alone anymore.
That vision became BadAss Coaching.
