How often are coaching sessions held?
Coaching schedules vary depending on the program level, but members receive consistent access to coaching calls, accountability support, and implementation-focused guidance throughout their experience.
What is group coaching?
Group Coaching is a high-level small group coaching experience where you’ll work alongside 8–10 growth-minded agents throughout the year inside four different focused coaching groups. Each group is built around a specific topic designed to help you grow your business, sharpen your skills, improve consistency, and create real momentum. It’s collaborative, supportive, accountability-driven coaching that helps you stop spinning your wheels and start implementing at a higher level.
Group Coaching and VIP clients also receive full access to our Membership Level programming and resources.
What’s included in VIP 1:1 Coaching?
VIP clients receive direct coaching support, personalized business strategy, high-level accountability, and customized guidance tailored to their goals, business model, and stage of growth. This includes two 1-hour private coaching sessions per month, along with unlimited text and email support and short calls as needed between sessions. It’s designed for agents who want close proximity, consistent support, and a more customized coaching experience.
Group Coaching and VIP clients also receive full access to our Membership Level programming and resources.
Do I need to be part of a brokerage to join?
No. BadAss Coaching™ is open to agents from all brokerages who are looking for growth, accountability, and community.
Is this focused only on lead generation?
No. We help agents build complete businesses — including systems, mindset, relationships, consistency, branding, client experience, and long-term growth strategies.
What if I’ve tried coaching before?
Many of our members have invested in coaching or training before. The difference here is the environment, accountability, and implementation support. Information alone doesn’t create growth — consistent execution does.
